Walk & Talk Consultation

Grab your pen and paper, this is the time to take lots of notes! We will assess each room in your home and discuss what changes need to be made. Using proven staging techniques, we will tell you how to draw potential buyer’s eyes toward the best features of your home.
During this consultation, Capitol Staging will provide recommendations on paint colors, flooring, plumbing fixtures, counter tops, appliances, lighting, furniture placement, and guidance on what to pack. A written quote for Home Staging services will be provided after the consultation.

Home Staging Services
Do you want potential buyers to say “WOW, I love this house!” Full Service Staging is our most popular choice for home staging services because of the dramatic results. With a buyer’s eye in mind, we will enhance the positive while downplaying the negative attributes of the property to create that valuable first impression. Capitol Staging artistically designs custom floral arrangements, creates hotel style towel arrangements, and sets magnificent table settings to give your property the “wow factor”.
The initial consultation is the first step. Capitol Staging will visit the home and will provide recommendations on everything from paint colors, flooring, plumbing fixtures, counter tops, appliances, lighting, furniture placement, and guidance on what to pack. The client will be given a To Do List in preparation for staging day.
Staging day is the second step. On staging day, clients typically leave for the day while our staging team works their magic! The results are amazing and the clients are surprised and so happy to see their home furnishings and accessories in new places and used in different ways. Accessories to supplement your home furnishings are available for rent on a monthly basis.
De-staging is the last step in this process. Once a contract on the home is ratified, the Capitol Staging team returns to de-stage the home.
We stage both occupied and vacant homes. Decor and furniture rental are available if needed.
